The new Mark V has no compromises. Everything is designed for a profitable operation.
The Mark V submarine series has a completely new design based on the experience of tourist submarines we have gathered since 1985 and well-developed ideas of the foremost tourist submarine operators. The Mark V has also inherited all the good and proven properties of our previous submarines.
Basic construction
 The battery capacity of this submarine is 3 times that of Mark III, so it can use the full daylight time for diving with ample reserve. This will guarantee fast return on your investment. In addition, it has improved air conditioning system, more space and better viewing visibility as well as simpler maintenance than any of its predecessors.
Also stability, which already on Mark III was excellent, has been improved. Stability means that passengers can feel safe through the whole dive. The new ballasting system guarantees among others that minium time needs be used for submerging and surfacing.
Just as in our previous submarines the webs are placed on the inside of the submarine hull, so the outer hull is flush and no extra streamlined GRP encasing is needed. In addition to more durable surface treatment this means also easier daily maintenance and cleaning.
The submarine has a standard 400/230VAC 50Hz or 380/220VAC 60Hz electrical system, which guarantees availability of economical electric spares everywhere.
The reliable AC- thrusters give excellent maneuverability.
Entrance and interior
 The Mark V submarine has short turn-around time, because embarkation and disembarkation have been made fast, easy and safe. The hatches are very large, largest in the market, as a matter of fact, and the stairs are tilted in a comfortable angle so that even elderly people can enjoy submarine dives.
The interior has new modern design and the free standing height is 1.90m in the spacious cabin! Unheard-of in any other tourist sub. The distortion free viewports offer double viewing angle compared to standard viewports and they are better positioned than on our earlier models.
High quality air-conditioning guarantees that the air so often complained in many submarines remains comfortable through the whole day.
The Mark V series consists of 3 models. Thanks to the re-designed seating arrangement we are able to offer great flexibility - comfortable space or highly tuned economy.

The first Mark V submarine "Jiah" was delivered for Daekuk Subsea on Cheju Island, Korea in June 2003. The passenger capacity was increased to 65, which makes her the biggest tourist submarine in the World. After commissioning it soon turned out that the owner can make 20+Ždives a day carrying total 1300 passengers. A real workhorse!
